Could be. The newly issued shares should be eligible for having their restrictions removed already. I wonder if the company is going to post any quarterly information. They're pretty late on Q1 2012 if they are. It remains to be seen if they'll get any of the $2.4 million in financing they supposedly raised with all those new shares.
And I was wrong in my earlier post on the 1:100 R/S. It was 1:150. Hard to believe in the 7 months since the R/S, each share has already lost almost 99% of its value.
