Lee6 I'll try and answer this for you.
I'm not going to say to much about the partnership/joint venture, but I know it is something that is of top priority. You have to understand they have to find someone that will complement their business model. There are several companies that will fit the bill. They have to find the one that will assist them in their business plan, which would be to help share the cost of both new product development and distribution. I'm hoping they can find someone that has a huge customer list that includes doctors and hospitals, in the medical equipment industry. This would give sndy instant sales as they distribute sndy product to their new partners customers.
As far as price who know, I'm sure we now have a whole new load of flippers that are very eager to unload when we see a 30-50% gain. Just what they do. It is a shame we even have someone on the board that has some long shares and already saying time to flip for a 20% gain. So I could care less about the price short term. You need to see what it will be 6-12 months from now. I can say it will much higher then it is now. If you can give the company 6-12 month to excute their business plan then don't worry about the short term price. If you are just ready to bail once you make some money then I can't help you.
Take care my friend,
Mike
