I understand what you're saying. The link I provided is the Canadian site for them. Both the US and Canada site allow you to designate a specific need/disaster.

https://secure.e2rm.com/registrant/donate.aspx?EventID=1305&LangPref=en-CA

Donation Options:
Use my gift where it is most needed.
Help for the homeless
Assistance for street kids
Aid for families at risk
Support for seniors
International aid
Other (Please specify in the box below)

Other (Please use only if you've checked the other button, above.)

IMO at this point either the Red Cross or the Salvation Army is best mobilized to aid these victims immediately. Needless to say any help to any organization you choose to donate to will be gratefully appreciated. And thanks on their behalf if you decide to aid them.

Brett Favre has family in the area and he has set up a relief fund also.

This is the Green Bay Packers website and there is a link there to Brett's official website with the information.

http://www.packers.com/news/stories/2005/08/30/2/

There is also an address and phone number but I think the website has the most up to date information.

For information regarding the Brett Favre Forward Foundation and their upcoming events, please contact a representative at 1-800-660-1407 or write:
