Insider sales and dilution are not the same thing. Have never tried to call the TA on this one. Do they offer up SS with float?

I don't think VFIN is the company.. I can't be 100%, but I feel about 99% sure it's not them. I think VFIN must be a legacy conversion from prior operations. Though, they are not stomping on the stop peddle like in other cases, they sure are slowing it a bit.
