MDGC has finally answered some burning questions. Let's go through the list I posted last week:
Will the first revenue of $475,000 of last year be collected? Nope, all prior revenue was written off as bad debt
What is the new outstanding share count? 1,488,247,882, Q4 dilution was 65,000,000 shares.
Do they still have the full lot of $10 million of media credits or did they start a marketing campaign? Nope, they have disappeared. It looks like they are using a magic eraser to clean up past lies. I will give them some credit for coming clean, but the damage has been done to anyone that invested on this make believe asset.
Will the Q1 financials that are due also be released back to back? Nope, but I bet there is something big coming!
How much new revenue from the MediaG3 store? Now that ALL revenue was written off as bad debt, the answer is $0.
What's in store for 2013? A new era? Who really knows.
Did they have to raise the authorized shares for more dilution? No. They have about a 12M gap before that is required.
How much did they pay out in salary for 2011? This is the greatest mystery. Q3 reported $1,656,906 in wages and now it has disappeared! So has the $1,656,906 in 2010!
