Who is to say that he even reads this board? Was the letter sent to him as well? If it was, then yes he should reply or refute. Maybe someone should let him know about it.
The best thing AER can do is get to work on a REAL JV with REAL money involved and get it done fast. No need to acknowledge the letter publicly and make it into a bigger deal. In a day or so it will disappear from the board or get burried in other posts. I'm sure BG has Stan's attention and both parties are being cautious so as to not start a legal battle neither of them want. needless to say, I think AER will be more prudent in their use of PR's.
