OTOW was part of a DTCC action that the SEC took action in regards to the DTCC "recently placed a Chill or non DTCC eligibility on the majority of PinkSheet companies and Chills for DWAC transfer of new issuances." in the wake of a SEC ruling in March 2012 that found that the DTC owed a company a fairness hearing on its actions."
