1.)USDA $33 million dollar OTOW loan application (providing additional information as required)

2.) Updating the financials so that Pink Sheets will soon reflect OTOW current status.

Keep in mind that we just heard from Val a little over a week ago.

• The reverse split predicted in January, February and March never came

• The bankruptcy threat still isn’t here


• The share selling has slowed down to a crawl. In fact, it has been a month since the last 25 million was sold

• The promise that the OS would be maxed out by May hasn’t happened either


• The talk of OTOW being sold with premium commissions tacked on was very misleading

No gloom or doom in sight. As a matter of fact, the prepaid card appears to hold a great deal of promise. The DTC is a dead horse.

Recently, but was only asking about share structure. I told him I had no problem with not getting it if financials were soon, he confirmed accountants working on them. I thanked him and told him it was fine, was "after hours", wasn't about to make him "look them up", contact the TA, etc.
