So "Willpellel" you truely believe that Elite will be working for FLRE until they find funding for them and then take a fee???

Now back in the real world..............PR/IR companies would normally take a monthly retainer, payable up front and normally will take free trading common shares as part of this or generally they take both.
Think about it - if funding is never found how would Elite/Hanover have been paid for their services rendered?

Monthly retainers with firms like Elite will not be small, so IMO "someone" who has a lot of free trading common shares is selling them................
