It fluctuated between $ 0.014 - 0.015.
Number of stocks changed from 179,000 before the news to
389,700 at 3:58 PM. Most halts last just 1 hour. I am not sure that there was any halt.Although there was bid for 0.012, never got filled.
Based on today's news, this stock should be at least at 0.0458, although I think it should be valued much higher. I never knew that they have the capability in so many biosimilars, not just rituximab.
Absence of manipulation, this stock should go up from here.
