exactly. Its all there in black and white. He is diluting. We knew he would dilute. Anyone that made the decision to invest did so knowing they have more shares to dilute with. The only crazy thing left is those that complain about it like they didn't think it would happen.

LMAO! An O/S for a company trading on the NASDAQ is nothing! Dilution to me is seeing an OTC stock going from 200 Million to over 602 Million in just a few short months and they are trading at this level with NO revenue! lol

Even if SAPX went to 100 Million O/S, that is still very low for such a company. Especially a company with huge projects in the works and music personnel pmping out HITS!
