Absolutely think that is what they're doing. They know big things are coming, and at this point they're probably not worried about shareholders being impatient.

It's possible. I had this thought a while ago, which is why I thought they would file late. That would be a good sign if that's what they are doing.

It certainly wouldn't surprise me. Without a doubt there has been manipulation going ever since the buy back announcement.
