IMO,there will be no forced BUY IN. There will be a reverse split to equalize the descrepency in the OS. IS this fair? Does Wall Street ever play fair? The arguement against any forced BUY IN stems in part from the company allowing the sales of these additional shares. Although there is in question who was at the helm of Bancorp International Group at the time of sales it would not be the liability of the MM's who only brokered these trades. It would be a co. liability problem;or so it may be argue.
All this is in my opinion. It is an arguement and one which will serve those with the deepest pockets. And who do you think has the deepest pockets?
