nope. and the last time they did it, they just automatically created the short position A WEEK after my trade settled, and covered the short with money in my account. I lost the profit from my sale, the original cost of my shares, PLUS $150 of my own money because they covered the short at market.
I'm still fighting TDW over it. This situation seems different somehow..
