It doesn't matter if it means nothing to you. It is simply an irrefutable fact. You don't have to call the UPS Store, but if you do, they will confirm this fact for you. If you choose to ignore the facts, that is your right.

Notice the Suite B part. That designates the suite belonging to the UPS Store itself.
