I don't disagree with you. But an A/S increase was not a surprise. If the company would release news of a partnership/JV (already mentioned in the President's report). the A/S increase becomes a moot point for the most part. Nothing has changed at the moment except lots of capital to work with.
The panic is allowing ppl to get shares at a huge discount.
