If they were just trying to make a quick buck then you would be right about not caring about the shareholders. You are obviously not a LONG. This takes time and money. Does a train start at 80 mph or does it have to start at 1? No one is making money overnight here. This is an "investment" and they are setting this up for continued success instead I a flash in the pan. That would be an incredible waste of resources.
