A late Q doesn't change the reporting period. For whatever reason (pick one, Hoffman's used 'em all) SAPX is usually late with their SEC filings. This red flag, with all the other red flags fluttering, rivals May Day in Russia.

maybe quarterly report will be submitted late so they can include DMX sales? if thats the case then its smart...
