Ask Yourself, if you had 100 Million Shares you got around 0.0007, would you be Bid whacking!?!
Sellers want the most for their shares too, so they work both the Ask, undercutting or jumping it to get their shares Sold and will Bid whack when a large lot comes Up!!....Just unloading!!
There is No Dilution, but there are "concentrations" of shares!!
Those that hold these concentrated amounts are dictating the pps by their decision to hold the shares or dump some!! or A lot!!...fwiw
Once there are fewer to No major holders than can Hit the Bid, dumping...and the shares are more evenly distributed into more hands, then no one entity will drag the pps down in a day!! and from there the pps should start it's move North!!
