Yeah...they often do what there's an oppotunity to mess with the psychology of folks. Thing is, they all bounce...just don't know when or at what price folks can get averaged down to while they wait. Most I-hubbers won't wait and understandable, at some point, you just say 'Gonna ride with what I've got' and refrain from averaging down.
Either way, still hopefull here....though I know it can be waring.
