Anyone can consider my letter open source. You can cut and paste the whole thing into your own letter to the Governor if you like. The point is he gets multiple letters with the DRMS cc'd, (which means two letters, one to the Governor and one to the DRMS).
These two letters, along with the support letter to be entered in the public record, is a good start and the minimum one should do to help the process along.
