Actually we were not discussing RockTenn. We were discussing PVC in JBI's bags of scrap plastic and how a "peak in a bag" could miss PVC.

Raggertail/ragger wire can contain PVC tape & PVC plastic scraps. Is this what RockTenn has in their monofills?

What testing systems does JBI have in place to test for PVC?

I discount the eye watering test mentioned earlier.
