Dilution is killing this stock and the 50DMA continues on it's trend downward.
I hope the news as is good as you all think. it won't last long if the contract is much lower than 50M. Company will be selling into the good news to raise more cash you've all been conditioned to believe it's 50M if it's not, it's going to be a Big Disappointment to many.
Too many shares in the float to give it legs to .02.
.007 will be the max . Still good for a nice profit. But 10 bagger? ....... dream on.
