LOL. Subpenny and its not a dump? How else would you describe it?
Somebody was willing to take just about anything to get rid of their shares. Even to the point of accepting a two plus year low share price for them. No arguing that.
I said it appears since the dump took place just about within minutes of the docs put up on PACER.
If you think they are fine so be it.
It certainly looks like some other shareholder disagrees with you and took less than a penny for their shares.
And the more amazing part is no one rushed in to grab up all the cheapest, lol.
If it wasn't for a little paint job this is sitting at half a penny now.
You would think folks would have been robbing up those subpenny shares. Instead there was no bid support and it kept getting lower with every single part of the dump.
Nothing wrong with the docs today. . . . .unless you read into all the SEC stuff and figure out that this company is still under investigation and can't seem to break free of it.
Think maybe a shareholder did not see that as a positive,? lol
