once something is deemed "a lock, a guarantee" this is what happens. It's not about RARS, AWSR, etc. The promoters are smarter than us. They see people load up they mix things up. Next pick they might tank and never bounce who knows. To save their list, all they need is for the next play to go huge and all is forgiven.
