Read the message I replied to. It was a large buy of some 670 thousand shares or so when the price was tanking just before the PR came out. That is insider trading, Is it legal? Can anything be done about it? How much do you want to bet that same guy who bought has allready sold and made a nice profit. He bought those shares knowing full well an attempt was going to be made to increase the share price and to dump once it fizzled. That kind of trading seems like it would be illegal. Buying shares knowing a PR is coming out in two or three days? I strongly suspect gary R Cronies or the secretary.
