Trading has been restricted for symbol BCIT. We are not allowing any trading in this security because DTC (Depository Trust Company) has informed us of an issue with clearing the certificates. There is no ETA at this time.

This was the email I got because I could not sell BCIT..
If this guy is saying Ameritrade is allowing him to buy and sell BCIT, he either has his stock symbol wrong, is on another planet in another brokerage called Ameritrade, or he's lying, spreading FUD.
Ameritrade was telling me the same thing until I pressed the guy to call the right department and find out for fact that they weren't accepting trades. He put me on hold and came back apologizing and saying that no trades were allowed due to certificate issues via the DTC. GO figure.
