And what was your reason for investing if not based on an opinion? It's impossible not to have an opinion on a stock that influences one's decision to invest or not.
And yes, it would be good for them to be compliant and uplist to a reporting status and i'm sure they will. If it bothers you so much that they are not fully reporting, then why invest before they did so?
All stocks bear a certain degree of risk which inevitably means speculation is factored into one's decision to buy or not.
So, none of us can ever be dead certain on a stock's future for we cannot control the future and all the variables that is part of a company's financials and at most, we can only be "pretty sure".
To give you an example, huge investment firms started expressing doubt about Apple's future PPS and most speculated it would not do well. Turns out they were very wrong, APPL did even better than predicted by top Wall Streeters. That's an example of how even top investors can only speculate.
