Part of it is that they are putting all available money back into the company. Also, they were putting high rate loans back in the company. Also, they just did not seem very responsible when it comes to money.
The advertising part... they are good at. The connections part... they are good at. They are good at hanging with broskis and paying to make friends. They are good at these things.... as evident by the number of friends I have here, way better than me. ;)
Fortunately, these guys brought in some help. I believe they are starting to get their financial house in order and perhaps the flagrant spending (in retrospect) may turn out to be a good thing in the long run... but there is no doubt that it has caused a poop storm of suck in the near term. Could have put them out of business and still could. There is risk like this in any penny stock.
What is there to look forward to? I can guarantee that at the board room of ON, they are talking about MSLP and wondering what the heck is going on. 75 million in sales.
If they follow through on the financial responsibility part.... and stop the dilution madness.... I think you will see the numbers you are looking for. ALL imo.
