...You might think the big, bad SEC would need to review the O/S, A/S, insider holdings, proper disclosure and current status before approving such a registration. Funny, since we have regular contributions claiming that a trading halt and indictments are looming, all of it typed in the voice of Boris Karloff.
Yet we are DTC compliant, approved to issue, new members in place, and I have dry powder waiting for these dips. MMTC is still well above my original average, but looking tempting at the moment. I took my cash off the table long ago, but another nice run seems likely at this point. Wouldn't mind riding it with double the shares I currently hold.
Apparently our new management doesn't think the news is bad, as they timed it for market open. We might also get news regarding who the new shares are for. Maybe I'll get lucky and the skeleton crew will shake loose some stink-bid padding for my nest before the next round.
Oh wait. The next round of news is the big, bad wolf coming to raid the MMTC picnic. Be afwaid; be VEWY afwaid!
