Shareholders? LOL.. Yea.. Dividends? Right.. This dude has a history of non-payment for everything. Thinking back.. Pope, the lady who worked with him in the hair color scam, sy-med center leases and machines, his house was in foreclosure at one point, 2006 (and more?) taxes, Mack issue was with pay. Everything he touches financially turns to crap.. According to the last financial all his equipment is fully depreciated (5 years old.. No?). Is he going to finance new equipment? Most, if not all, of his debt is at or above 12% interest. He's been seeking unconventional financing for a reason.. Zero 2011 revenue from sales.. Zero, like with 0000000's.. Man, I'd hate to see what his credit rating is. You think someone is going to fund him in his latest next hot thing? Think 500k is enough seed money to startup what he's planning to do. Hahahaaha..
