well you have talked with Clay Thomas n he has answered you before. maybe you could ask him if AAVGE has asked him to answer sec? maybe he will answer why he was not paid? or how much he says he is owed?
well, to be fair the SEC letter also asked the company to clarify information on various items (the oil n gas operations for one) and if doesnt look like the responded either.
AAVG moved into the OTCQB, which requires reporting to the SEC, back in the summer of 2011. one wonders how they were able to do so based on the 9/9/10 letter.... or maybe I'm not undersatnding the relationship between OTCQB and SEC all that well
