WRONG ... when a Pinky like PHAR is diluting ... Charts are meaningless as they can not predict when and how much dilution will occur.

PHAR is also oblivious to its chart. Stocks cannot read charts.

What does your "chart" say about PHAR moving from their office, not paying back rent, being missing in action, no communication, no product and no sales?

I REALLY DOUBT that it reflects that....
