When McClellan Summation Index starts pointing up I will go long. The Summation Index depends on advancers vs decliners which is unmasking the real weakness in market.

Every day we get a little closer to a bottom. I looking for about -800 to -850 before becoming bullish. He are -482 after losing almost 28 points today which is close to the average of 30 it has been losing since Jan 15.
