Yeah SDog. James has spoken about this before. He doesn't like the OTC and wants to be listed with the "big dogs". I really think it's an ego thing with him, but I'm fine with it!!
Yes he should be able to tell you that one of the company goals is to uplist to Nasdaq, which is not really hard if you have the revenues,assets and decent share structure and pay the steep fees. Especially having a ceo that is an expert in that field i.e taking companies public and uplisting
