When you look back on it, there really was so much corruption. The first red flag really was the delay on the 4 billion decision. That should have come in 2008. But it kept getting pushed back. All the way to 2010, and then was muted.
We were all fools to not sell that first week of March in 2010 when all the prices ran sky high. That's for sure!
