Well clay refused to respond to the sec. I guess that's nothing to worry about with a public company. They no longer respond to any share holders. But why should they when they are so busy working on the financials. There is a lot more wrong than just the late financials at this point. I think it's time for investors to really start looking a little closer at what is going on, it's all out there for public viewing.
I will stop at this point because I am out of AAVG. Buyer beware and do a lot of your own DD, don't depend on the old DD around here.
