So on the backs of the disenfranchised and less fortunate OTOW will generate cash flow to build a wireless network for more disenfranchised and unfortunate folks in the DR?

Never said green dot was not viable. Walmart already has this product and has had for years. They have customer service for those that can't read too. Selective reading IMHO. AND it looks to me like Val has set this up to order on line. If peeps don't have a computer that might be the first problem they have with 02 usa mastercards. Don't need a computer at all with walmart LOL.
