The email I received from the CEO referred to that 45 day window, so I think they are adhering to that schedule. I do believe that 45 days is a worse case scenario. When they put out the last quarterly, they were still in the "catch up" mode. They are now caught up. so I'm hoping it will come out sooner rather than later; which, of course, means it could come out at any time.
