True enough but contacts doesn't mean anything without the revenue. And all there is right now is the speculation of future contracts. Still no guarantees yet the company has lots of debt, a big salary to pay and what appears to be still ongoing dilution.
I don't think that warrants a 200k salary just yet. I'm all for paying him once results start coming in but 200k at this point seems a bit much.
