that is what is so confusing to me and many others. it's not like there is a shortage of accountants on the frickin' planet. hire a dang accountant, get the proper info out in a timely manner. geez, kind of business 101 wouldn't you say?
that is why this stock has tanked. investors get a little (a lot) concerned when you don't show them numbers. i own 3 small businesses and although private, my books are always current and up to date for many reasons. to not be current and up to date when you have the sec giving you an anal exam every 3 months is ludicrous...imo of course
