I have seen some really good PR's on other positions tank also. I guess PPS does really move on rumors and drop on news, unless it is really big news. There is no way this will not move if they can land a big box contract, IMO.

I hate being in the dark, but I had another position that sat @.02 with now news for like a year. They started a PR blitz and shot up to 1.04. Of course I sold too early, but it can happen if you hold.
