These are interesting. Seems that Don pulled out of the STEP deal because of direct conflict with LOG IMO, not necessarily because of SEC suspension. This to me (IMO) means LOG wanted them damn restricted shares come hell or high water. But what could anyone do with the restricted shares anyway? If CTCC is on the grey and no one is buying, then they are as worthless as common shares, I would think, unless I am incorrect about restricted shares. Never had any myself so I do not know the rules for the restricted. Poor Chantel, IMO. Got herself caught between a rock and hard place. Now everyone will be mad at her - not Don. IMO
