The reason the stock is trading where it is because of dilution. It's probably a problem he created when he went the route of the convertible debenture.

Convertible debenture is a vicious cycle. Shares dumped, price drops, which in turn means even more shares have to be sold to cover the same dollar amount in the debenture. Next thing you know, you're increase your A/S....
