First off your referring to my post and that was based on a pr of a contract for 100 units (a very very big IF)
Secondly non disclosure agreement is almost a must when dealing with this kind of situation - and by "this" it could very well in my opinion be a discussion of a merger or buyout
Don't think many people caught that but I feel that's where this might be heading IMO

$1 per share would equate to close to $3 billion in market capitalization. Not going to happen unless AFPW suddenly had at least $300 million in sustainable and repeatable revenue.

So your commenting on bold predictions is appropriate.

Big company was Ingenium Technologies, as I recall. NDAs is about sharing of technical information, etc. It does not necessarily prohibit them from sharing the fact that the contract was awarded, and the dollar amount associated with the contract. That should actually be a matter of public record, since it's a government contract.
