Well, we know that YAGI and KK have a good working relationship, even a personal one. But could your suggestion be viewed as collusion or some other illegal act given that GERS is a public company AND the judge can ask them difficult questions at any time? I suspect that you are referencing the litigation when you cite injury? I believe that the injury can also extend to common shareholders and they already have a long list of injury that can be documented in that regard. I just do not know.
Frankly I am tired of digging for information -- it has been six years. This process has lost "some" of its luster and I am serious about my plan, even expectation to be able to buy 300,000 shares for $10K this summer. I don't want to be able to do that for obvious reasons, I am unfortunately expecting to be able to do so.
