And the most IMPORTANT ASPECT of this exchange is that DARREN got to SELL stock at an avg of apprx .95c when we couldn't sell stock if we wanted to. We didn't have it yet to SELL and when we FINALLY got them they were "RESTRICTED"
Darren probably was selling stock he got as compensation after the deal closed but before the DNAX shares were distributed I doubt his previous holdings of DNAB got to be DNAX before ours
