Question....it's my understanding that you can pick a stock under .25 but are just given a .25 assumed entry price.

Is that correct?

If so, what if a stock you pick over .25 drops to under .25 and you want to DD -- does the DD price get stuck at .25 just like the above rule or do you get to DD at the under .25 price?
