AGS has provided REFs to many companies during the 2009-2011 timeframe; most of them enjoyed a bump up in their stock price after the associated PR was released. It's important to keep in mind, though, that it's ultimately up to the management team of the company receiving the REF to use the financing wisely in order to keep the company moving in the right direction. AGS (or any other firm offering REFs, for that matter) only provides the opportunity for them to succeed.
