I dont think JBI is a scam BUT it is:

Poorly run - CEO not formally trained, purchase of companies that did nothing but create losses.

They have mislead investors - They are not producing fuel, but PDs. SEC lawsuit.

Serious stock dillution to raise capital - PIPES

Delays, poor planning, poor execution.

I dont currently have a position in this company, all said, with a .03 book value and the 10q coming, if revs are not 400K, this should be a .50 stock. Also of note will be share count this qtr and CASH FLOW... CASH FLOW !!!
